Charged for a diagnostic procedure that was not done. Paid to have the timing chain wear checked on my BMW Mini Cooper. I was told that it was at the high limit. The way this is checked is they remove the chain tensioner and insert a tool and get a measurement. After I recieved the car back I pulled the tensioner and it fell apart in my hands. So either they never pulled the tensioner or didnt inform me of the tensioner being bad. If you are not prepared to do the work, don't charge the customer.

I have taken my vehicles to many other repair shops in Greensboro NC but Eurobahn BMW MINI Mercedes-Benz Audi’s service department consistently does the highest quality work at a great price. I will always bring my cars there and tell my friends and family to do the same.

Had issues getting basic information when asking about labor service and hourly rates. I'm sure they do well with customer's who haven't done their homework. Overall, not impressed.
