The tech(Lou) had experience with the type of issue my car was having. Assessed the mileage of my car by the symptoms and already had a plan to getting it back on the road. I travel for work and am away for long periods of time. Having my wife’s car road worthy and dependable is a priority. They understood this and had it repaired in one day. Thanks team. Our Audi will be back if anything else changes.
