It was a pleasure doing business with autobahn service department. Timely and professional diagnostics and repairs made everything go smoothly for us. We will return for service and maintenance as well as repairs if required.

We had a loaner car from these guys while they were working on our car. When it was time to turn the car in I accidentally left my jewelry box on the seat of the loaner car. Went back and spoke to management and of course “no one seen it or had it”. Car detail guy gave a description of seeing the jewelry box beforehand which lmk they were aware of my belongings but again no one returned my jewelry. This was completely unprofessional and I would have never expected this from a business on this level. Of course they also used the “we are not responsible for items” policy against me to the maximum but if we’ve spent thousands of dollars with you guys I would atleast have expected some type of honesty out of the company but yea. Just make sure you don’t leave anything in your car when dropping off for a repair because it def will not be there when you pickup. Thank me later
