I can't speak to that sales service, but I would not recommend coming here for routine car servicing. I gave them 3 stars for completing the service. Be warned if you do bring your car here they may keep your car for 9 hours and then offer to arrange an overnight stay. I dropped my car off shortly before 8 AM EST for the B5 service. According to the Mercedes-Benz dealership this service takes 4 hours max (even there they do not have one mechanic working on it for 4 straight hours). I called around 4 PM EST to inquire when my car would be ready as I assumed the service center would close at 5. The front desk attendant stated the service center closed at 6 (not to advise me, but just to be sassy to a paying customer). She advised that the car was being washed and they'd call once it was done. A car wash was not listed as part of the service. It is not listed in the paperwork or in the estimate they sent to approve the work. It is also winter and it currently feels like 20 degrees outside. Washing my car (or any car) at 4 PM EST in the wintertime isn't something that is necessary. Around 530 PM EST when I had not heard from them (they close at 6), I decided to go so I could pay and wait for them to complete whatever it is they were doing to my car. They finally called around 545 PM EST to say the car was done and asked if I was going to come or if I wanted to arrange for them to keep it overnight. Now extremely unhappy with this experience, I advised I called previously for an ETA and was snakily told by the front desk attendant that they'd call when the keys were returned. I arrive around 550 PM EST and the car was not ready. The front desk attendant states the car is still being washed (almost 2 hours later). To the credit of the service worker, he did try to apologize for a "miscommunication" but I'm not sure what miscommunication occurred as I was told nothing so he was promptly ignored. Yes, they completed the B5 service at some point between 8 AM and 4 PM EST and then proceed to wash my car for 2 hours... They also sprinkled in a touch of extortion when they advised they'd take an ACH but would keep my car until they received the money ($583). So I paid by card (with a 3% fee) and I won't be coming back. I'd rather pay the cost of Mercedes-Benz dealership car service if it means I receive Mercedes-Benz dealership customer service. The $250 I saved going there was not worth this experience. The dealership would have gotten it done faster and I would not have wasted my day sitting at home without a vehicle.
