I took my Mercedes Benz S 550 two times there For repair end up paying hafty bill and both times I needed to go back with the same problem. Instead of fixing it they give me other reasons for the same problem, of course, they are specialist in car repair.😏😏😏

To start with, I have a huge smile on my face. This was a special case in which Jared and team bent over backwards to help me get in this car and I am so happy. I asked the dealership to hold the car for me for a couple of weeks while I sorted out my finances and they did so they kind of bent over backwards to make me feel like a real customer and the whole transaction was very smooth. The whole team were very professional at all times, and especially Jared went out of his way to make sure I was happy and got into the car on my dreams. A big thanks, and especially for their patience.

The way this place does business is dishonest! I tried purchasing a Tesla for them for asking price cash, but because I am paying cash they raised the price on me. It’s clear that people who are financing from them are getting ripped off some how because the difference in price is like $4k and the salesperson didn’t even try his slightest to gain my business as soon as he realised that I am a cash buyer. Beware from this place, specially those who are financing with them because obviously they get a HUGE reward for getting someone to finance and putting them in debt as opposed to selling someone a car in cash.

INCOMPETENT AND DISHONEST If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership, trusting that it had been properly serviced and was in good condition. Less than one week into driving it, the AC completely stopped working. I took it to Land Rover, only to find out that there was not only an AC leak, but also a coolant leak and an oil leak! How did these issues slip through the cracks if they had "serviced" the vehicle? It gets worse. I purchased an extended warranty at the time of sale, assuming I'd be covered if anything went wrong. Guess what? The warranty company refused to cover any of the repairs because the dealership couldn't even provide documentation of the so-called "service" they performed on the car. The dealership’s response? They suggested I transfer my warranty to a different company—likely in an attempt to pass the problem onto someone else and scam another company into covering the costs that they should have taken care of. It wasn’t until I threatened to unwind the deal that they reluctantly agreed to make the necessary repairs. This dealership is the epitome of dishonesty and incompetence. Save yourself the headache, the frustration, and the money, and go somewhere else where the dealership actually stands behind their vehicles and values their customers.

I have 2 Mercedes, a GLK & an SLK. I took them both to Eurobahn for service. I always receive great service at Eurobahn. Their pricing is better than dealerships and the service is faster. I had the A service, state inspection and a battery replacement done. The work was done in a timely manner while I waited in their spacious clean waiting area. Eurobahn always gives a fair and honest line item list of the work performed and a line item of suggested work with prices, allowing for budgeting. Best of all, they wash your vehicle and clean the interior before giving it back to you. Thank you very much Eurobahn! I highly recommend Eurobahn for any import service you may need.
