I brought my car to eurobahn for a diagnostic check, they did the diagnostic and concluded that a few parts needed to be changed. I paid for the parts, labor, and diagnostic.After driving it for 2 miles, the problem immediately returned. I returned back to eurobahn to let them know and they told me to bring it back the next day, and they continued to do this for 3 days. In the end I took my car and brought it back home. Later they started making up stories on what happened, but a diagnostic shouldn’t take 3 days. They took my money but did nothing for the over $100 that I paid. I have the paper to prove that I paid for everything, but I’m still having the same problem. They never tried to apologize for taking my money. Watch out who you work with and who you give your money to.

Had a great experience with the ladies and gentlemen at Eurobahn. Had electrical problems in my 2007 winnebago View with a 2006 Dodge Sprinter van chassis and a Mercedes Benz diesel, engine. They took care of the problem and I’ve taken my RV to many other dealerships and local businesses. No one could help but, it was Gander RV dealership that lead me to Eurobahn BMW Mini Mercedes. I’ll definitely coming back again.

Great independent Mercedes mechanic. Quick and reasonable priced work. Dropped my car off in the morning and they were able to do oil, brake fluid, and transmission fluid change as well as 2 new rotors and pads by the end of the day. Lou was extremely easy to work with and very thorough in his explanation of the work being done. Highly recommended. Update: they called me a few weeks after my visit to make sure everything was running properly and I was satisfied with the work done. Extremely professional and top notch customer service.

I always have a good experience at Eurobahn servicing my vehicles but I recently bought a 2018 BMW 640 and I was having a few issues with it. I took it to Eurobahn and they took care of all my issues I was having with the car and I just can't put into words how it made me feel.I have all the confidence in the world in them and I don't mind saying it.

I’ve been a customer with Eurobahn since 2019 when I bought my BMW. They have always done an outstanding job. The staff is very friendly and polite and the ownership has always treated me fairly and with top notch work. Special shout-out to Lewis Hodgins, Service Advisor, for the great customer service he’s provided in the last 2 weeks! Oh, and they provided a courtesy wash on my car at my last visit — it now looks like it just came off the showroom! Thanks everyone!
