I submitted a service appointment request online which allowed me to put in hours that doesn't even align to the hours they are open. Once I didn't see a confirmation via email, I called the day before. They agreed they could cover a 9am appointment, it took them an hour to take the car back to even start. It was a 4 wheel alignment for a Tesla Model 3. My car was returned at 12:45pm. Error messages were due to alignment as per the Tesla Mobile Tech, Eurobahn when they returned the car, said they were able to do the alignment and clear the errors but when I went to the car the errors were back. I mentioned it to them but they suggested I take the car into the Tesla Service. What I was trying to avoid but guess I am going to Raleigh after all. Another thing that struck odd, there was a lack of attention to detail, they wanted to wash my car as part of the service, which was great but they only vacuumed the driver side but didn't do anything for the rest of the car? I could see just a wash no vacuum but just to hit the driver side and nothing else, not sure whats that about. Although advertised they are able to provide some services for Teslas I guess nothing too complex, not even sure I got a wheel alignment after dropping $170+? Wouldn't recommend for Tesla Service.
