Never in my wildest imagination did I ever see myself purchasing a used car sight unseen. However, given some unforeseen logistical challenges on my end, I ultimately became confident with the remote purchase of my new to me (used) Lexus from Eurobahn. Jared (with the help of Myra) provided any and all pictures / videos of the car I requested and answered all questions that I had (ownership, documented maintenance history, etc.). In the end, we concluded the purchase of the vehicle without my ever being physically present at the dealership. All title, tag and registration details were promptly taken care of. In addition, Eurobahn arranged to have the car shipped to me in Western NC. Upon the car's arrival(?)... it verified that my confidence in Jared and the folks at Eurobahn was absolutely justified. Plain and simple... Jared and the folks at Eurobahn were just amazing.

My first car buying experience a few years ago with Nissan was terrible. Let me tell you Eurobahn has been an amazing experience. Jared is a knowledgable, professional and charismatic sales person as well as a humble individual. The buying process was literally so great. There was absolutely zero "B.S". I purchased a 2020 Model 3 that came with an upgraded aftermarket amplifier system. Ray the owner has been a huge help and a great person to work with helping me make sure I have the right people get it tuned and inspected.
