I've been a customer of Eurobaun for roughly 4 years now and my most recent service with them really stuck out the most. I called them maybe on a Wednesday/Thursday stating my driver's side door on my BMW doesn't unlock with the key fob. Felix said the actuator is probably bad and for me to come in Saturday. He also said to me they have 1 part left in their warehouse so getting the part isn't a problem and I could get my car back the same day. I go to drop it off and use their free shuttle service to go home. I get a call from Felix saying something like the part he had is badly damaged and can't be used and also they couldn't get another one the same day and that my car will now sit the whole weekend. I was confused by this but I needed my door to unlock and my car was already there so I said sure, I'll get it Monday afternoon. I get a call from Felix stating my car is ready and washed. I go in to pay for the service.. about $540 and Felix goes to get my car... Still dirty by the way. Again, I was confused by this expecting the car to be cleaned especially after sitting the whole weekend. This place is a good alternative for me when my main mechanic had some unfortunate events in his family that prevented my car from being serviced for a while and especially when something drastically goes wrong with my car, I typically try and bring it them. The price they come up with for the parts they use is very expensive which is why I learned to bring in my own parts that have their own warranty from the website I buy them from which leaves me with just paying their astronomical labor rate. Overall, they are alright and I hope this review can bring upon positive changes for customers going forward.

Extremely satisfied. The best car’s service in Greensboro, NC. From the receptionist to the person who follow and overview what needs to be done on your car, to the repair team, everyone is very nice and professional. I got my car back in great shape , for real, and was not over charged like some of other repair service businesses. I have had so many bad experiences going to different car’s services businesses that I am thankful to have found this place . This is it, I found the perfect place for my car . Last year between July and October 2018, I took my 2014 Range Rover Sport to Eurobahn due to an issue with its idling. After the initial inspection, I was given a comprehensive list of issues causing the problem that was quite costly. To correct the problem, I authorized the repair. Shortly after picking up the vehicle, the problem continued. I took the vehicle back only to be told I needed another part as this was causing the issue. Eurobahn asked me to purchase the part from dealership and they would repair but would not charge me for the labor. Part purchased, vehicle worked on, problem still existed. I took the vehicle back BUT the technicians had no answers for why this continued nor did they offer to refund me for the previous attempts. Their technicians are incompetent and really had no clue about working on this vehicle. Unfortunately, I had to take the car to the dealership which was an additional cost. If you have a Range Rover, go ahead and take it to the dealership to avoid the run around and unnecessary costs. The ONLY highlight in my experience was Dustin Allred, who was nice throughout the experience but had no answer for the technician's inability to assess and fix the problem. #takeyourrangeroversomewhereelse.

They did a great job with the four new tires I bought for my Porsche. Excellent pricing and service. They serviced my Porsche at the 10K checkup. They did a great job.
