Took my BMW in for a service because they were of the very few companies that have a special tap & die set that can re-tap an oil pan thread. Previous owner and quick lube shop cross-threaded the oil pan, which is a >$1k part! Eurobahn put my car up on a lift and thoroughly examined my car, and brought me into the shop to physically show me the problem areas. They quickly highlighted and explained their recommendations for a new coolant return line and coolant pipe connecting to the oil thermostat since the tubing was becoming translucent (going to break at the clamp soon) and coolant pipe starting to brown at the oil thermostat connection. They were suggestive but not pushy. Ended up getting some preventative maintenance done while there as well and my oil pan plug is now good as new! They are also one of the few companies in NC I have worked with that have had ZF technicians in to properly train their team on the intricacies of ZF transmissions. Expert job by EUROBAHN! They also offered me shuttle service if customers lived nearby.

They quickly diagnosed and confirmed a major issue as a second opinion and were able to get started on repairs right away. Parts took a while to come in (that's expected for the high-end models), but they got it done in good time.
