First time using Eurobahn. They did great work on my Mercedes and they performed several maintenance items while I waited and they got it done in a very reasonable amount of time. By contrast, I'd previously taken my vehicle to Mercedes of Greensboro and the last visit there I waited in the lobby for 5.5 hours for maintenance work they said would take 2 hours. Anyhow, Eurobahn had a nice, clean facility, quick check-in, easy payment, and professional staff. For what I needed done, Eurobahn did great work!

I've had poor experiences with dealers and service centers in the past but Eurobahn has been a wonderful surprise. They are courteous and attentive . When I received my receipt for an oil change there was a picture and note from the technician pointing out oil seepage from the turbo return line. That attention to detail is so reassuring.
