I took my BMW 325 xi here to get new tires, balance and alignment, new ignition coils and spark plugs. I also paid to have them inspect a vibrating noise coming from the front tire and paid for an overall inspection of the car. I told them the tire that was on the car but I was unsure of one of the numbers but that it was the tire that came standard on my model bmw. I was told they had it in stock and could have the car finished that day. I drop the car off to have one of the service guys call telling me I told him the wrong tire size and that they had to order the ones that went on my car and it would not be there until the next day, no big deal. The next day they call and tell me that they looked over the car and found a dent in my fender and 3 large oil leaks, not addressing the vibration heard while driving. When I pick up my car they told me that it was still making the vibrating noise which they thought the new tires would fix but it didn't and they didn't offer to figure out what was wrong even though I paid them to do it. And the "oil leaks" were from where another place forgot to put the seal on the oil filter and it sprayed oil all over my engine. Skip ahead 2 months my front tire goes flat without any obvious exterior damage. I call them and ask about a warranty on the tire and am told that they have never heard of a warranty and I could pay them to fix the tire or call continental. Continental advised they had a warranty and to take it to a continental dealer to have them file the claim. I take the tire to a dealer only to find out that they put a standard tire on my car and not run flats. I called the service manager who said there was no documentation of me wanting runflats and there was nothing they could do. However my car came standard with run flats, there were run flats on the vehicle when I took it there. If they ordered the same tires that were on my car like they said they did, they would have installed run flats. This place was a complete waste of my time and my money.
