I needed an oil change and thorough checkup on my BMW. I have been going to Eurobahn BMW MINI Mercedes-Benz Audi's auto repair shop for over a year now to all my needs. Recommend them highly for all kinds of repair and maintenance needs.

Had issues getting basic information when asking about labor service and hourly rates. I'm sure they do well with customer's who haven't done their homework. Overall, not impressed.

My 2004 Mini Cooper S on a Friday evening overheated, called AAA who towed it to Eurobahn's former place (I followed later and called their afterhours voicemail). I thought I would have to drive it over early Sat am and walk back to my other car. Much to my surprise, prior to opening hours, Eurobahn had towed it to the correct place. Fast, honest, fair prices. With a 1999 (20th century tank) MBenz S320 and this 2004 Mini, I'm so glad to have found Eurobahn. Thanks all at Eurobahn!

Knowledge, fairness, open and honest. Even though I had had Services performed at the dealership that they could have done and charged me for, they directed me to return to the dealership and encourage the dealership to rectify the mistake that they made in a repair. They are a Class Act and everyone that I have dealt with on each and every occasion has been knowledgeable , polite and let me know that I was a priority.

Had a problem with our Mercedes van that had them stumped. An error code they had never seen before. Very knowledgeable technician, got in touch with Mercedes and thought they had fixed the problem. Unfortunately 300 miles later and the problem started again.
