Best experience I’ve had getting my BMW X5 (5.0) car repaired and at no time did I feel like they were trying to inflate costs unnecessarily. I felt like it was the quality service that I had experienced years ago where they take your car back, diagnose the problem and then come communicate the problem in an intelligible manner. The service rep then quoted me on the costs of the repairs and worked with me to complete the repairs same day. They gave me the option of waiting or asking if I would like transportation somewhere while the repairs were being done. They picked me up once repairs were complete and took me home. Everything was smooth, stress free and service was “reasonably” priced. I would have paid twice the amount at the dealership. The engine light was coming on and I was getting a drive train malfunction message. After placing the car on the computer for diagnosis, the mechanic examined the vehicle the old fashioned way to isolate the problem. Greatest experience ever! I highly recommend their services.
