5 stars for maintenance. 1 star for diagnosis of the problem for which I brought it in. My 2011 Audi TT has a significant rattling noise at/above 3000rpms, especially when turbo kicks in. Wrote it on the customer states letter when I dropped it off. Spent $2300 in maintenance but when I asked them about the noise, I was told the technician did not notice it. I asked if they drove it enough to hear it and I was told they could not afford for a technician to drive it enough to hear it. Still have the noise. Will have to take to another shop. So, I would return to Eurobahn for routine maintenance but nothing beyond.

I went to 4 different shops no one didnt want to help me .. i was literally on the verge of just letting go of the car… finally i was able to get in contact with EuroBahn and they told me they could help… and that was a relief!!!!
