We recently bought a new Tesla Model Y from Eurobahn. Jared, the salesman who helped me, was super friendly and easy to work with. He gave me a good price on the new car and also offered a fair deal on my trade-in. Jared was clear and honest about everything, with no big surprises or hidden fees. He really made the whole process simple and mostly stress-free. He sent me a price breakdown before we made the 4 hour drive, which helped convince me to come. Very efficient enterprise, I had multiple issues with my BMW that needed to be addressed and all were taken care of by the Eurobahn team in a speedy manner and with a great communication throughout the process (SMS, calls, email). As I was not local, a loaner car was made available and saved me a lot of time. Prices probably in line with those at dealership but way better customer care, detailed discussion of the diagnostic findings and options how to fix them with the technician (Felix), overall very service oriented approach. Time is money, so I very appreciate their efficiency.
