The staff at Eurobahn is always friendly and professional. They keep the waiting room and shop clean. Their website is great and allows me to view records online as well as book an appointment. The wi-fi is also a plus so I can get some work done while I wait.

I had a great experience here. The staff was very useful and attentive. The were experts when it came to my Mercedes-Benz, I go continue to come here regularly for maintenance because they give me fair prices. Anyone who owns a European car knows how expensive repairs can be at the dealer, and I'm just glad I found a shop that is dealer level but with better prices. Definitely recommend them to you if you live in the triad , they are worth the extra few miles.

I am very please with Eurobahn Motorsports BMW-MINI Mercedes-Benz. They have done quite a bit of work on my Mercedes (CLK 320- 2002 Conv.) I felt very comfortable and confident in them working on my car. When I speak with Dustin or Ray they take time out to go over what's wrong with my car and what I need for my car, explaining it very well. I've heard so many horrible stories regarding mechanic shops trying to get over on women. I didn't feel this at all with Dustin or Ray. I am very comfortable in trusting there judgment regarding my vehicle, their prices are also reasonable as well. Its good to have a mechanic shop you can trust and with Dustin and Ray customer satisfactory is definitely their NO#1 priority. Also I'm not sure of the mechanic names who work on my vehicle but what I can say is, all the work that was done on my vehicle its been done right. My 545i was a victim of a hit and run on a Monday. Took my car in to the shop on that Thursday afternoon right before they closed. They pulled off a $3K job in 3.5 business days. I got my car back just past noon on the following Tuesday and it looked perfect. If you are looking for a shop that makes you feel like they are trying to make you a customer for life then you should try Eurobahn.

I've taken my X5 in twice in the past year and both times the staff has been quick to diagnose the problems, offered the best solution, and quickly made the repairs, all while having a professional atmosphere and attitude. I will be sure to return for any help that I need.
