I called them just minutes before closing to inquire about pricing, estimates, and some general questions. Despite the timing, they were extremely happy to help and answered all my questions with enthusiasm. I understand how challenging it can be to take calls right before closing, but they were exceptionally courteous and informative.

Process went smoothly. I did have to call to ask if my car was ready but other than that I didn’t have any major problems with service. They washed and vacuumed my car which was very much appreciated 😊

I have owned a LOT of cars in the last 20 years and sat at the deal table many times. It is a standard practice of mine to go to the national branded dealerships of the specific vehicle that I am interested in, but I think Eurobahn may have convinced me otherwise based upon my most recent purchase. My son found a BMW that he liked, we showed up early to visually inspect it, Jared came out and greeted us, we took it for a test drive, we expressed interest, and he went to work for us. We knew which aftermarket products we were interested in, Jared offered us options and discussed the benefits, but he wasn't pushy or aggressive. In the end, the numbers aligned, we got what we came for, and my son left in the car!
