My experience with Eurobahn was easy and smooth from the first phone call. Rather than dealing with dealerships which we all know take advantage of the customer in one way or and another. There is an alternative that is in your best interest to try in our own backyard (Eurobahn). They have specialists in just about every European car so no excuses unless you enjoy getting robbed by the same ones that sold you the car. Fool me once etc.

All of the staff at Eurobahn is always extremely nice and a pleasure to work with. They are always very welcoming, honest and knowledgeable. If I call, have an appointment or stop by unexpectedly I always get the same amazing service from them. 10 out of 10!

Eurobahn promptly took care of replacing defective break pads on my car. Good service, good people.

They were quick- timely, also rinsed my car off and replaced my car remote battery without me even having to ask! I would recommend 10/10 Only thing was, I didn’t know the price until AFTER I dropped my car off, they couldn’t give me a standard starting price for the service A on my Benz immediately.

5 stars for maintenance. 1 star for diagnosis of the problem for which I brought it in. My 2011 Audi TT has a significant rattling noise at/above 3000rpms, especially when turbo kicks in. Wrote it on the customer states letter when I dropped it off. Spent $2300 in maintenance but when I asked them about the noise, I was told the technician did not notice it. I asked if they drove it enough to hear it and I was told they could not afford for a technician to drive it enough to hear it. Still have the noise. Will have to take to another shop. So, I would return to Eurobahn for routine maintenance but nothing beyond.
