Recently I brought my Mercedes into the dealership for service. I’m a new service customer, so I was a little apprehensive about bringing my car in for service. The young lady I spoke to immediately made me feel at ease, and was very professional. They were absolutely transparent in letting me know what Mr car needed, along with an accurate estimate of costs. My car now runs like a top, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service! 5 stars for sure!

I haven’t bought a car in a while, and this is probably one of the best buying experiences ever. I actually flew all the way from Alabama to come and get this car, and it was no hassle. Brought a 2011 bmw 335xi in for service when I had a CEL for a misfire on cylinder four. My warranty company spent almost 3k to find out the engine was bad. Or atleast that’s what I was told. Received the car back via tow when I wasn’t home, come to find out parts were left uninstalled and still at eurobahn. Sold the car to a guy who likes to work on BMWs. He got the car running for 500 bucks, just had some gas in cylinder 5 due to a bad injector. Wish I would’ve known, I expected eurobahn to be a top tier shop but sadly I was mistaken.

Had a great experience purchasing a used vehicle through Eurobahn. The customer service provided by Emilio, Christian and Jared has been excellent. The team answered all my questions and was up front about costs and gave me the confidence to pull the trigger buying out of state without seeing the vehicle in person. Emilio provided me with multiple thorough walk around videos of the M3 that I purchased, Christian was prompt with answering all my follow up questions and Jared walked me through all the numbers related to the purchase and shipment of the vehicle. The vehicle pricing was reasonable and fair. I am thrilled the car arrived as described and as shown on the videos. If I'm ever in the market for another vehicle, I certainly wouldn't hesitate with buying from Eurobahn again.
