When you arrived, you requested to test-drive three different vehicles, including a BMW M2 coupe inside our showroom. That was a substantial change from the vehicle you scheduled to see, moving from an SUV to a small performance coupe. Our test-drive policy requires proof of funds or credit qualification. An appointment does not waive those requirements. Before moving four vehicles to bring a $60,000 vehicle out of our showroom, we require those steps to be completed. You are entitled to disagree with the policy. However, stomping your feet, slamming a vehicle door, and making threats are unacceptable. Respect for our staff and property is a basic expectation.
