He did exactly as he said and exactly when he said he'd do it. Can't ask for more. We even were able to come up with an alternative to the standard repair that saved us several THOUSAND dollars. The quality of service, level of respect and value for the money is better than any other automotive facility that I have been to and we have owned Lexus, Volvo, Jaguar and several others.
