Bad business. These men saw me as a man with a car they probably feel I shouldn’t have and took advantage of me. I came in for diagnostic check for a check engine light. I was told they called over to Porsche and recommended that I change the purge valve although there doesn’t show any engine malfunction. The options given to me were they can turn the light off and I continue and if it comes back on I can get it fixed if I want. (Can’t have a check engine light on a pass a state inspection) of course I want to fix it to get the light off. I drive for a couple months and the light would come on and go off. I decide I’m going to bring it in to be fixed. Part fixed. So that’s $100 for diagnostic reading and $330 to fix part. Less than a mile from pulling out from the location the light comes on. I call and they tell me to bring it back in. I do that. They find another issue dealing with the hybrid battery which is causing the light (what was causing the light the first time but not discovered) I come to get the car and they’re charging me again for diagnostic reading. I ask why am I being charged again for the same issue I just paid you guys to fix. “It’s a totally separate issue” that was your job to find not mine. That’s what I paid you for. Then tells me the purge valve didn’t need to be changed that was my decision?!!?! So $530 later for absolutely no reason I now have to go to Porsche as they should’ve directed me in the first place. I’ll scream to the mountain top do NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO EUROBAHN. Especially if you look like me!

The car feels and runs great. They answered all of my questions and demonstrated much professionalism. Even though it’s a bit farther for me to drive vs the dealership, I saved over 25% vs the dealership.
