Dustin and the staff made sure that my car was done right... There was an oversight but they fixed it above and beyond what I could expect.... I highly recommend them as I am now a lifelong customer

Definitely not satisfied with this company. I WAS a repeat customer and spent several thousand dollars with them but lack of good customer service, lack of actual knowledge, and complete disrespect has earned them a lost customer and one star as well as this negative review. I won’t dwell into my experience with “over the top details” as others do. However, I will say I was NOT satisfied with the outcome of relying on Dustin (the person in charge of handling my situation). I will say that I spoke with another gentleman (the manager) who listened to my concerns and took a genuine interest in helping me..... but so much damage has been done to the reputation they once had in my eyes that it is too late to keep me. I’m not saying don’t go to them for help.... I’m just saying BE AWARE of who is helping/not helping you.

Ray, Anthony and Will are absolutely the best they always treat me like I’m their only customer!! No matter how busy they are they always come and take time out to talk to me and see if there’s anything they can do for me!! No one around the Triad can touch Eurobahn’s customer service!! Fantastic customer experience!! William made the purchase so easy and seamless. Spent less than 1 hour at the dealership finalizing the transaction. Everything else was done over the phone or electronically. Drove from Hickory, well worth the drive!!

Yes! Anthony and Will were great to do business with, straight forward with everything. Excellent car buying experience! The car I bought was in mint condition and the rest of the cars on the lot looked to be the same. Nothing scary with these guys in the slightest, very professional. Extremely happy with my purchase!

I've been a customer of Eurobaun for roughly 4 years now and my most recent service with them really stuck out the most. I called them maybe on a Wednesday/Thursday stating my driver's side door on my BMW doesn't unlock with the key fob. Felix said the actuator is probably bad and for me to come in Saturday. He also said to me they have 1 part left in their warehouse so getting the part isn't a problem and I could get my car back the same day. I go to drop it off and use their free shuttle service to go home. I get a call from Felix saying something like the part he had is badly damaged and can't be used and also they couldn't get another one the same day and that my car will now sit the whole weekend. I was confused by this but I needed my door to unlock and my car was already there so I said sure, I'll get it Monday afternoon. I get a call from Felix stating my car is ready and washed. I go in to pay for the service.. about $540 and Felix goes to get my car... Still dirty by the way. Again, I was confused by this expecting the car to be cleaned especially after sitting the whole weekend. This place is a good alternative for me when my main mechanic had some unfortunate events in his family that prevented my car from being serviced for a while and especially when something drastically goes wrong with my car, I typically try and bring it them. The price they come up with for the parts they use is very expensive which is why I learned to bring in my own parts that have their own warranty from the website I buy them from which leaves me with just paying their astronomical labor rate. Overall, they are alright and I hope this review can bring upon positive changes for customers going forward.
