I am a new customer to Eurobahn, but they came highly recommend to us by a good friend, and turns out that they were spot on. We are new MB owners and had originally taken out vehicle to the dealer. You can imagine that experience, better yet, the cost. Right from the beginning Felix made us feel comfortable with his knowledge and superior customer service. He did exactly as he said and exactly when he said he'd do it. Can't ask for more. We even were able to come up with an alternative to the standard repair that saved us several THOUSAND dollars. The quality of service, level of respect and value for the money is better than any other automotive facility that I have been to and we have owned Lexus, Volvo, Jaguar and several others. If you have anything european that they can fix, I recommend going here for routine and emergency service.

Anyone who owns a Sprinter with a MB engine knows how difficult it is to find qualified technicians to work on these Vans/RVs. I was on the road from Florida vacationing in the Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina and Tennessee mountains. I own a 2007 Winnebago View and on the first leg of the trip, I noticed a significant engine power loss (due to a faulty fuel pressure regulator as was later discovered by Eurobahn). After FIVE DAYS and four mechanics later, Eurobahn was able to accurately diagnose the issue, order the proper part, and replace the fuel pressure regulator. Kudos to Felix for his proactive approach to solving this problem. I owe him a debt of gratitude as he treated me like family. I whole heartily recommend these technically and tactically proficient technicians located in Greensboro, North Carolina for all your mechanical/maintenance needs.
