After having an aftermarket radio installed in my car, my car went haywire. The new radio fried my entire electrical panel causing all the service lights on the vehicle to come on all at once. I took the car to Crown BMW and after $4,000 and a month later, the problem still had not been resolved. I then took the car to Eurobaum where they actually found the source of the problem. You would think the manufacturer of the car would effectively diagnose the problem, but you can’t trust them at all. I just regret not taking my car there first. If you want superior service with knowledgeable technicians, and professional staff Eurobaum is your place. My sales manager Felix kept me abreast of the problems each step of the way. Thank you Felix for exceptional customer service. I hope Eurobaum knows how exceptional you are! If your tired of the consistent misdiagnoses from Crown BMW and want a reputable diagnosis, then give Eurobaum a visit. You will not be sorry or have any regrets. I am done with Crown BMW and hopefully this review will help others from wasting time and money over there at Crown. Thank you for being part of the solution and not the problem. My mom passed away while my car was in the shop at Crown BMW for a month and they never even offered me a loaner car.
