Went here a few days ago because of a slightly jerkey transmission. While only charging me an inspection fee they conducted multiple tests and drives to make sure my transmission was ok. They even replaced the fuel they used plus more! Extremely happy with this mechanic and will be going back for all future services.

Dustin is the man, he really helped us save a ton of money by finding the real problem with my transmission.

I am a driving enthusiast, and I appreciate their quality of work and attention to detail. The crew at Eurobahn are always courteous, always professional, and eager to solve whatever problem you throw at them. They really value their customers and it shows. Their prices are much lower than the dealer, so with the savings I can have them address other maintenance my car might need.

Sat for 2 1/2 hours waiting for an alignment and if you are wondering, yes we had an appointment. Apparently the front tie rods are seized and no one in the building thought to come tell us that they were going to let the car sit for 45 minutes as they were going to use a solvent solution to get it free, well it didnt work and they only aligned the rear, 2 1/2 hours for not one person to come and say hey it's goin to be a while BUT everyone in the office was able to enjoy their Starbucks. Horrible service all the way around. No communication at all from any of they lazy staff, hey FYI you are a repair shop, communication is usually key with a business like that. We asked before anyone got up to check on our car, again horrible, lazy staff. You dont even deserve the one star I had to give you to write this review.

Couldn’t think of anything to complain about if I tried. People at the front desk are great, mechanics are thorough and skilled. I would recommend this place to anyone. Also Dustin at the front is the man has worked above and beyond to make sure my 7 series was in tip top shape. So yea, make sure you bring your vehicle here you won’t find a better place.

Eurobahn makes it easy to schedule service or repair, and the initial contact (the most important!) with the company makes a great impression. The Service Advisor, Felix Petzsche is first rate. He and the technicians really go over vehicle thoroughly. (And the advisors in the reception area are friendly, too. So why only four stars? A prior shop that I used for 17 years had a program which included automatic service reminders that I used as prompts: e g power steering service due xx/xx; fuel service due xx/xx, and so on..
