I recently bought a Audi with Eurobahn Greensboro. I had my previous car for ten years and it was time for a new car. I started in October looking around with Ray in sales. He would send me cars and ideas. I met with him again in December and he was able to help me find a car. He was very knowledgeable and in no way pushy. I feel that he helped me get a good deal. The process was quick and easy. I did pay for tint but realized my car wasn't tinted. They got me in to the service center quickly and had the tint placed. They gave me a car to drive while tint was placed. They called to see if I have been enjoying my new purchase. I feel that even though they sold me a car and now that part is done, they would still be willing to work with me with any questions I had a great experience. Easy to contact.

After having an aftermarket radio installed in my car, my car went haywire. The new radio fried my entire electrical panel causing all the service lights on the vehicle to come on all at once. I took the car to Crown BMW and after $4,000 and a month later, the problem still had not been resolved. I then took the car to Eurobaum where they actually found the source of the problem. You would think the manufacturer of the car would effectively diagnose the problem, but you can’t trust them at all. I just regret not taking my car there first. If you want superior service with knowledgeable technicians, and professional staff Eurobaum is your place. My sales manager Felix kept me abreast of the problems each step of the way. Thank you Felix for exceptional customer service. I hope Eurobaum knows how exceptional you are! If your tired of the consistent misdiagnoses from Crown BMW and want a reputable diagnosis, then give Eurobaum a visit. You will not be sorry or have any regrets. I am done with Crown BMW and hopefully this review will help others from wasting time and money over there at Crown. Thank you for being part of the solution and not the problem. My mom passed away while my car was in the shop at Crown BMW for a month and they never even offered me a loaner car. Brought my 2010 Mini Cooper in with check engine light (cylinder 2) on and running extremely rough. The problem was diagnosed as a defective ignition coil. They also found that all the spark plugs were not the correct type. Long story short, they repaired every issue that was found that day at a reasonable price and now it runs like new. Bottom line...OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My 40,000 mile service was handled quickly and efficiently. I was able to wait in the comfortable lounge area and Dustin did an excellent job of keeping me informed of the progress of the work being done. An added nice touch was the complete car wash at the end of my service

I've been taking my 2013 3 series here since my dealership warranty expired...better experience, better service, and slightly less expensive. Honest and knowledgeable - plus my son loves to check out their reconditioned BMW inventory when we bring my car in for routine maintenance. Of particular note, when my son purchased a used VW GTI from local dealership that needed a part replaced I took to Eurobahn to have work done. While doing the repair they alerted me to serious engine damage they'd discovered. They recommended I return the car immediately and helped to communicate their findings to the dealership, even showing the dealer's mechanic the issue firsthand. They could have upsold me on a lot of extra work, but put my best interest first (and spent extra hours representing my side to the dealer). I appreciated their integrity and have been a loyal customer ever since.
