GREAT Place! with excellent customer service. I order a part and it was ready in less then an hour for my 2006 BMW 750Li, the people are very helpful, polite and reasonably priced!

We are new to the area and needed a place to service my wife's Mini-cooper. Not everybody will work on it, so you have to look around. The vehicle was not running well, so we ended up here. They made needed repairs and told us $600 over the phone. When we arrived, the bill was $700. They said they did not include the diagnostic in the amount given on the phone for some reason. We felt as though we were misled. Then my wife gets in the car and there is a crack in the windshield. They claim it was there when we brought it in. It was not for I think we would notice this big spider web of a crack before. Now we have to pay $375 to get the windshield replaced. So a $600 repair job turned into over $1000. We were not happy with them at all and will not be back.

'07 Mini Cooper: Changed serpentine belt on first visit, replaced valve cover gasket/coils (2) and a few minor issues for which I could not diagnose on second, oil change on third and latest included a 4-wheel alignment and CV joint (2) replacement. Why do I keep coming back? They've earned my trust to take care of my baby girl's car and that's very important to me - I love my baby girl and want the best for her, and Eurobahn is the best. Further, they're European car enthusiast; the owner's raced the BMW 2002 series - a pocket rocket! I've owned a BMW 2002 in my lifetime, so Eurobahn is sort of like a kindred spirit for myself.

The staff at Eurobahn is always friendly and professional. They keep the waiting room and shop clean. Their website is great and allows me to view records online as well as book an appointment. The wi-fi is also a plus so I can get some work done while I wait.

I had a great experience here. The staff was very useful and attentive. The were experts when it came to my Mercedes-Benz, I go continue to come here regularly for maintenance because they give me fair prices. Anyone who owns a European car knows how expensive repairs can be at the dealer, and I'm just glad I found a shop that is dealer level but with better prices. Definitely recommend them to you if you live in the triad , they are worth the extra few miles.

I am very please with Eurobahn Motorsports BMW-MINI Mercedes-Benz. They have done quite a bit of work on my Mercedes (CLK 320- 2002 Conv.) I felt very comfortable and confident in them working on my car. When I speak with Dustin or Ray they take time out to go over what's wrong with my car and what I need for my car, explaining it very well. I've heard so many horrible stories regarding mechanic shops trying to get over on women. I didn't feel this at all with Dustin or Ray. I am very comfortable in trusting there judgment regarding my vehicle, their prices are also reasonable as well. Its good to have a mechanic shop you can trust and with Dustin and Ray customer satisfactory is definitely their NO#1 priority. Also I'm not sure of the mechanic names who work on my vehicle but what I can say is, all the work that was done on my vehicle its been done right.
