Took my BMW there to have a new convertible top put on. They told me it would take 3 days. It took 8 days. They left a water bottle under the drivers seat, which when moved back into position, disconnected one of the airbag sensors causing an airbag alarm. Had to fix it myself. Cracked then black duct-taped the sub-woofer cover to cover damage. Cut trim around top too short. Granted, I should have caught all of this before I took delivery of my car, but after 8 days I was just thankful to get my car back. Just to say something positive, they were cheaper and more courteous than Crown BMW.

Once again, very impressed with Eurobahn. Took my Audi A6 in for an alignment. Front area is clean, folks are friendly and knowledgeable, looking over the shop area, it's clean and organized. Work done quickly and at a fair price. Can't ask for more than that!

We bought a used BMW X5 about 3 years ago, and I do not think the previous owners maintained it very well. After finding Eurobahn in 2013, we have never gone elsewhere(except for maybe an oil change). We are about 45 minutes away, but we will always use them to service/maintain our BMW. Everyone is so friendly and nice, and they explain everything to you, and I like the fact that they do keep records of all the work done before. A+ rating!!!!

Everyone at Eurobahn was very helpful. I thought I would only need a minor repair but they did a full diagnostic and found other things that needed to be repaired. They took pictures of these items and were able to show me what needed to be fixed. (Ex, I got to see just how cracked a belt was). They helped me navigate my warranty claim and were great at communicating to me through the whole process.

This company quoted one price on service and then it changed after they realized they quoted the wrong thing--originally quoted price wasn't honored. They are typically good for scheduled service, but make sure the work you need done is clear to them. Also, the car was left with the battery detached upon pickup. That only happened once, but it was disappointing.
