Slow! Made an appointment for 11 for an oil change and tire rotation and decided to wait. 3 hours later still waiting . Ugh

Eurobahn has let me enjoy my X5 again. Felix is a saint, as I'm admittedly difficult to deal with sometimes. My car drives better every time I pick it up, as opposed to just replacing parts which is the method of the dealership. If you have are on the fence, give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

I purchased Used Audi from Eurobahnm last month. My audi is in excellent condition and I got it at a very fair prices. These guys were very supportive and welcoming. I loved to do business with them.

I had a battery light flashing on my Sprinter. I was told that it may need an alternator, Eurobahn diagnosed it and found that is was just a loose connection, they tightened up the connections and only charged me for labor. Great job. Honest service!

Dropped off my car for an oil change while I was on my lunch break. The service was quick and the staff there are so friendly . The prices are very good and reccomend going there before going to the dealership. My BMW oil change was half the price.

I took my 2009 Mini Cooper S to them when it broke down and I thought, “hey I should trust the “bmw mini” expert right?” Never again. They tried to tell me that I needed $1700 of extra work then what was definitely wrong with my car. We denied the service as it was seemingly unneeded. They told me that my car would be vacuumed and washed while there. When I arrived to pick it up, I felt profiled as a “dumb blonde” and the girl at the desk walked through every single service and kept saying things like “do you understand what I mean?” As if I haven’t been on the phone with them almost everyday discussing what was being done to my car. Then she tried to get me to pay the additional $1700 for the service we denied. When I got in my car, I had half of a tank of gas left (it was full when I brought it to them), my car had not been vacuumed or washed, and they did not fill my oil up like they said they would. Additionally, when I took my car to my mechanic at home, he said thank goodness I didn’t pay the $1700 for the water pump because it was not broken or leaking. They promise good service but can not deliver. I will never be returning to them or referring any friends there.
