First time customer. I bought a mini 5 months ago and needed an oil change . I went to three different quick oil change places who all were unhelpful. They told me the mini Cooper oil filters were back ordered and they couldn’t do it. One place told me the same thing but that they were getting a shipment the next day and for me to come back. I did and was told they didn’t receive any after all. Anyway…. Very frustrated, I called Eurobahn. Dustin was amazing and got me scheduled. After they finished I mentioned that I had meant to ask them to rotate the tires and I’d forgotten. They said it was no big deal and that they would do it right then. The staff from the front desk to the technicians were super friendly and I will definitely be back. You definitely can’t go wrong here and I love that they are a family run business. Keep up the great work!

Front desk ladies were lovely! Communication was great! They provide an itemized list of all reco work to be done with pricing so I could select the work I wanted done that day. I dropped my car off in the morning and had it back home before the end of the business day. Will definitely be back!
