Eurobahn has serviced my vehicles for over 5 years. They are professional and are knowledgeable in repairing a variety of models. I have entrusted them with my Mercedes as well as my Honda Accord. The staff is very friendly and I am always greeted with a hello and a smile (front desk, shuttle drivers, sales, management, everyone). First time customer. I bought a mini 5 months ago and needed an oil change . I went to three different quick oil change places who all were unhelpful. They told me the mini Cooper oil filters were back ordered and they couldn’t do it. One place told me the same thing but that they were getting a shipment the next day and for me to come back. I did and was told they didn’t receive any after all. Anyway…. Very frustrated, I called Eurobahn. Dustin was amazing and got me scheduled. After they finished I mentioned that I had meant to ask them to rotate the tires and I’d forgotten. They said it was no big deal and that they would do it right then. The staff from the front desk to the technicians were super friendly and I will definitely be back. You definitely can’t go wrong here and I love that they are a family run business. Keep up the great work!
