I brought my bmw 335i because it was having misfire issues and they were happy to help, they explained everything very thoroughly and showed me my old parts. They answered all my extra questions and even did some extra work that I wasn’t charged for I highly recommend bringing your car here for repairs, I will be coming back for future repairs.

I recently visited Eurobahn to get some repairs done on my S550 Mercedes and I have to give this dealership their flowers!! From the moment I arrived I was very impress with the clean & stylish facility and their professional staff. The service rep Lou was outstanding with extensive knowledge on Mercedes and BMW cars. He provided me with various options on getting my car repaired and he worked with me on making the best decision. The customer service rep Todd was very helpful in providing me with information regarding future purchases of Mercedes brands. But My Guy was Garth, this guy has over 29 years of Mercedes Benz repair work under his belt and he treated my car like it was his own. Mercedes Benz of Greensboro lost a gem when this guy walked away…. This guy is on another level!! I say all of this to make a point, Mercedes Benz of Greensboro, prices $$$ and service are outrages and I have no intentions of ever going back unless they have a car 🚘 that I want and it’s at a price I can’t refuse… neither of those scenario’s seem likely…. In conclusion: Eurobahn & Staff, I thank you! Keep up the great customer service that you provide to the Triad area and I’ll see you soon for my brake job. Sky’s the limit for this dealership!
