I see my message last year was erased. They go thru service managers horribly, their adds say they will clean your car... you can forget that and you'll be lucky to get your car back in a month. They refused to fix part of the problem, after the fact. Let me drive in an unsafe vehicle and messed my airbags up where they no longer work. They play dumb about the situation and told me that the airbags weren't touched. I'm no mechanic but Googled my problem and and the air bags supply air to air lift system and they half way fixed and my seats in the back now touch the floor. And I vacuumed under my seats in the back before they messed up the seats, as they lied about moving them, too. I cannot even place my hand under my seat now. Told me an 07 Jag vanden plas is no good after 120000.. which has been babied and well taken care of... they replaced my Jaguar windshield wipers that were put in wrong and they still don't work right... about 50. a peice I paid for them. It's taken me an entire year to correct most of the work they left undone. On top of that, they would never answer my call, but if my male friend called, they'd talk to him. Don't be fooled, they're a SLOP shop with a very hefty price, in which I'm still paying the loan off to get it repaired. And they left out other concerns and say, well, we didn't charge you for it... They said they'd replace the windshield wipers, if I'd bring it back for the 6th time and I Live almost an hour away. I'm sorry, but they just totally wrecked my car and still need the airbags fixed, as neither front airbags work, now. You are the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL Jag, Import dealer and I'm reporting them and Jaguar for suggesting.. to the BBB. Then they, too, were rude, uncaring, aloof and they lied and are still lying. Don't take your bicycle here. And I'm blaming on the manager(s) over the service department... as the last just ran the prior mgr down. Though he was just as unknowledgable. I say -☆☆☆☆☆ This WAS FOR EUROBAHN AND YOU MUST OF REHIRED OR JUST LIED FURTHER. YOU ALL SCREWED MY CAR UP AND CARE NOTHING FOR IT
