My car buying experience was seamless at Eurobahn. Winston Craig was very patient and knowledgeable about my car of choice. Also, the general manager got me the best rate for financing the vehicle. There was no pressure from the sales team but no pressure needed. They sold me a quality vehicle with quality customer service. I would purchase from them again.

Thanks so much, Tenelle! Looking forward to helping you again.

Ray and his team are excellent! I was involved in a wreck that damaged my entire driver's side. This being my first accident, Ray helped guide me through the insurance process. He's a great resource and really knows his stuff. They fixed my ride up nicely; like the accident never occurred. Needless to say, I'll be back for your A++ service!! Thank you so much.

Thank you, Derek! We're so glad that you had a five-star experience with Ray and our service team. Please reach out if we can answer any questions or assist further! We look forward to seeing you again!

These guys are good. I do a lot of business with them and when my car broke down yesterday they drove a loaner to me. It was a nice gesture in a bad situation.

Thank you for the kind review Mr Conrad! We are thankful to have Dustin as he is a valuable member of our team here at Eurobahn, and we are glad that he was able to assist you yesterday when you broke down. We are also thankful to have you as one of our valuable customers! We will see you soon.

My BMW Z4 (E89, 45k) was in need of some paint and correction work. I worked with Anthony in 04/2020 for this and some service work. He was professional throughout the quoting process and in the end I opted to repaint the bumper (front tag delete), hood, mirrors, and the rear roof section (hard top), along with refinishing the headlights. Total w/service work was >$3100. Brought car 04/28, told would be ready by 05/05. 05/01 they asked about missing bumper hardware and I explained that the splash shield was removed for other work. 05/14 I picked up the car. Adrian provided the keys and we did a 6ft walkaround. Got it home, service work, correction, and paint match were good. Front bumper misaligned, front tag area had circular depressions where filler sunk in, major solvent pop in the clear on the bumper and hood. Overspray on roof seals. Sandpaper/orange peel texture on corners of roof panel and grit under the paint. White/silver paint on the roof (car is black) under the clear. Returned on 05/18 for repaint. Picked up 05/25 and the car had been outside all weekend (dusty/dirty), handed keys, no walkaround. Told that bumper issue was a worn mount (this was the 1st time the bumper came off the car). Got home, solvent pop on the hood was worse than before, overspray on roof seals, orange peel still in the corners on roof panel, and new paint runs on the corners/edges of the bumpers. Bought new bumper mounts and discovered that they only installed 2 of 3 screws from bumper to mount (mount not worn out). Returned on 06/15 to address outstanding issues. The next day (third pick up), Anthony stated that since the solvent pop was in the last layer of the clear that they were able to wet sand / compound the spots away instead of repainting. Similar work (sanding/compounding) was undertaken to address the issues with the roof panel. Anthony then made a big show about walking me through the facility to a cinderblock shack that they have out back (I guess where they do detail work?) so I could inspect it in his presence. I was asked about "what kind of special lights I had" and asked if I brought a light with me. The comment also was made that they didn't expect customers to go over the cars with a magnifying glass. This was probably one of the most insulting interactions that I've ever had with a business owner. I used a handheld light they provided to check the hood. While not perfect or done in a great way, it at least looked decent at this point. Outside of thinned out clear coat, the only outstanding things that remain today are solvent pop on my mirrors (not noticeable enough to care about) and I a spot on the back bumper where it looks like clear coat got on the edge? I didn't notice it until I was able to wax the car, months later. It looks like something was leaned against it. Eurobahn repainted the rocker panels for free during the first paint job. I was super impressed until I realized that they didn't sand down/smooth out the rock chips and just painted over them... I can't really complain about this one I guess, it does look better and it was free. None of these issues seemed like they were worth chasing further, especially given the last interaction. I really don't think any of my expectations were really out there. I just wanted the job done right and the car put back together correctly. Solvent pop, orange peel, and misaligned body panels don't really align with my expectations of professional paint and body work. I guess all I can say here is that if you should choose to engage with Autobahn for paint and body work, I would HIGHLY suggest that you whip out that "magnifying glass" and double check the work before you leave the lot. If you bring something back and it's still messed up after their first re-do, you should probably prepare yourself for a less than stellar customer service interaction.
