Bad business. These men saw me as a man with a car they probably feel I shouldn’t have and took advantage of me. I came in for diagnostic check for a check engine light. I was told they called over to Porsche and recommended that I change the purge valve although there doesn’t show any engine malfunction. The options given to me were they can turn the light off and I continue and if it comes back on I can get it fixed if I want. (Can’t have a check engine light on a pass a state inspection) of course I want to fix it to get the light off. I drive for a couple months and the light would come on and go off. I decide I’m going to bring it in to be fixed. Part fixed. So that’s $100 for diagnostic reading and $330 to fix part. Less than a mile from pulling out from the location the light comes on. I call and they tell me to bring it back in. I do that. They find another issue dealing with the hybrid battery which is causing the light (what was causing the light the first time but not discovered) I come to get the car and they’re charging me again for diagnostic reading. I ask why am I being charged again for the same issue I just paid you guys to fix. “It’s a totally separate issue” that was your job to find not mine. That’s what I paid you for. Then tells me the purge valve didn’t need to be changed that was my decision?!!?! So $530 later for absolutely no reason I now have to go to Porsche as they should’ve directed me in the first place. I’ll scream to the mountain top do NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO EUROBAHN. Especially if you look like me!

The car feels and runs great. They answered all of my questions and demonstrated much professionalism. Even though it’s a bit farther for me to drive vs the dealership, I saved over 25% vs the dealership.

Eurobahn conducted a pre-purchase inspection on the used X5 I recently bought. The inspection was thorough and took approximately 90 minutes to complete. The waiting area is clean and comfortable with a large flat screen and coffee/water if you're interested. After the inspection, Felix reviewed everything with me. He is professional and did a great job as a liaison with the technician. His functional knowledge of vehicles was apparent while he thoroughly explained the recommended repairs and how soon I would need to have them done. I received a typed report in addition which is nice for my records. I went ahead and got the repairs about a week later. My X5 is running great now, and the price was quite reasonable. The front desk staff are very pleasant, and seem to work pretty hard keeping the store clean and sterilized. I would definitely recommend Eurobahn for your Bimmer! Or for your other foreign repairs.

Great experience, they helped me understand what was actually happening with my car rather than just fixing the issue and giving my car back. I would have liked to have a more detailed invoice or just something to give me something to look back on and know EXACTLY what was done to my car and why. But overall a great experience with these guys. I'd definitely go back, I've already trusted them with 2 repairs I couldn't seem to get done myself. A bit expensive but worth it to know that they took great care of my BMW.
