Eurobahn is the go to place for service! Very professional, explained all service required. Fixed a problem that had previously been taken to two other shops and was told it could not be repaired! Eurobahn fixed it, guaranteed their work and sent it out the door in a timely manner! I have nothing but wonderful things to say! Looking forward to many years of dealing with them!

i took my car here for an alignment after i got a flat tire and when i got it back it pulled more to the right than it did before, i asked someone to drive my car so they could see what was wrong and they told me that it was going to be like that because one tire was more used than another and that i might have damaged something when i got a flat. so i then took my car to Foreign Cars Italia and they were able to align it without any problems, it drives perfectly straight now.

This review is long overdue since it covers at least a three year period and probably 7 or 8 different visits with 4 different German cars that we own(ed): 2 Audi A-3’s (‘08, ‘09), a BMW ‘07 three series xi wagon and an ‘08 VW Passat wagon. Every visit has been an honest 5-star experience. We live in Durham but I work in Greensboro so it is actually convenient to use them as the go-to shop but before I found them on the web we had previous experiences with VW and Audi dealers and independent shops in the Raleigh-Durham area and it has definitely been worth it to come to Eurobahn for service. The service managers Dustin and Felix (as well as the rest of the staff) have been great to work with. Their estimates have been thorough, accurate and reasonable compared to dealer rates. Also, they have consistently been very patient and honest in analyzing and explaining what needs to be done on a vehicle and the urgency involved ( what items need to be dealt with immediately and what can be postponed if there are budget constraints). None of our service visits have required engine or transmission tear downs but they have done complete tune-ups, electrical system repair, brake jobs, alignments and small accident repair. Every job has gone well with no need for return visits for something that wasn’t quite fixed. Again, five stars throughout.
