No one likes spending money on car repair. But as a former dealer-only serviced 2010 MINI owner in a new city, I was glad to find Eurobahn. I knew something was up based on performance, but Felix articulated in detail what was causing the problem and how they would fix it. He communicated well through the process, including letting me know costs upfront, and also about the general health of the car going forward. Two long trips later, she’s still running great. Highly recommended.

I’ve taken BMW, Mercedes and Land Rover for maintenance and repairs and I’m very impressed with Felix’s knowledge on such a wide range of automobiles. I’ve found Eurobahn’s prices to be significantly lower than those from dealerships and the quality of their work to be on par. They take good care of their customers by providing shuttle rides to and from home or in this era of COVID-19, free pick up and delivery. This is a good business model: delight the customer- I certainly am.
