Took my Tesla there because of a fender dent. Even though they couldn't do the repair (due to the location and nature of the dent, and the fact that my car is a Tesla), Lou was very kind and spent a great deal of time educating me about the nature of my problem and what it would take to fix it. Although I do not have experience with them doing a repair for me, I came away with the impression that this is a first-quality outfit and they are very customer-oriented.
