Great staff, work was done in an hour and they had me back on the road.

Not pleased at all. I wanted an inspection, an O2 sensor and an oil change. The fast talking service writer told me I had fouled spark plugs and needed many things I didn't need. Car had a recent tune up etc. 2000 dollars later I got the car to go to visit family in St Louis and made it 127 miles before major misses and vibration between 1500 and 2100 rpm. Had to rent a car to visit family. I think they sold me service they didn't do and didn't need. It's going to a real BMW certified shop for the final outcome. Beware consumers, something isn't right here. No mercy whatsoever!

I went to this place before purchasing my 2017 X5. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Much recommended if you are doing PPI for any European Car.

The only place I let service my BMW and Lexus always way cheaper than the dealer and don’t pressure you into doing repairs you don’t need plus they remember you by name and always drop what they are doing to help you. I recommend everyone I know here.
