I am from MD and was on a road trip to Winston Salem NC and the idler pulley in my 2006 M3 locked up near Greensboro which caused the serpentine belt to fray and my engine to overheat. I called them at 4pm on a Friday and they had all parts in stock. Had it towed there after hours, used their dropbox, and they had it ready for pickup by 11 am Saturday morning. What a lifesaver! They were great to work with and the price was fair. If I lived in Greensboro, they'd be my guys.

They made me spend a lot of money on parts That are not even needed. And my car problem still exist. Don't waste time and money with them.

Don’t even think about them They don’t know what they are doing. They made me change a lot of parts to fix a problem with my wife car. And the problem still exist. 3 visits with 3 times changing different parts, and problem not solved.

Felix and the technicians did a fabulous job on a couple of repairs my 2005 BMW 330Ci needed. They were very professional, price for work/original parts was more than fair, and top notch customer service. Felix is very knowledgeable and shared some insight and part recommendations backed by experience and research. Detailed estimates were provided for other needed repairs and services; I will be bringing my vehicle back to be performed by them. I drove off their location feeling confident that the repairs were properly made and enjoying my car's handling once again. Mind you, this location is a two hour drive from home - well worth it! Especially the drive back!
