So, Ok. First impressions are important and this one WASN'T good!! Was looking for a place to have my BMW 335I and MB SL600 serviced. Made my BMW appointment last week and was very clear about what type of car and service repair requested. I drive over an hour to get here only to be told they did NOT have my part and couldn't get it until the next day but did I want to spend extra $$$ to have my brake fluid flushed with my service? What do you think? I HAD TO ASK to speak with the manager who made some inquiries and got the part and had it installed the same day. He also took care of the part cost but I am still VERY disappointed with overall handling of this situation. I will ask other reviewers; should I give them another chance? The tech could have made the calls himself or referred me to management.

My Father referred my wife and me to Anthony at Eurobahn BMW; Tony had recently arranged my Fathers 2nd BMW from the dealership. We live in Fort Bragg NC so our dialog with Tony was via telephone and email. In only a few telephone calls and emails, we had successfully purchase a BMW 328i. The economics of the transaction and the professional manner in which Tony represented himself and the dealership clearly made our 2 hour trip from Fort Bragg at ease. Additionally, our visit to Eurobahn was positive. The Staff was well prepared when it was time to execute documents and they were very thorough when explaining BMW technology to my wife.

A few days back I noticed my BMW engine developed an oil leak from the lower crankcase position of the engine. Then my friend recommend me to visit Eurobahn. They took care of my BMW and had the problem fixed. The technicians are friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Quick service and great turnaround at a fair price! Can’t ask for more than that!

My BMW is my lifeline. When my car is out of commission, it is like one of the family members is sick. Everything comes to a halt until it is repaired. Since my first visit to Eurobahn, I have found no reason to go anywhere else to get any problem fixed. Their knowledge on cars is so exact and reasonable. Every time they repair my car, it works better than when it was new.

This is the only place I will take my X5 to! Eurobahn is about 40 minutes from my house, but it's worth the drive and wait(if I have to wait). They are the best.
