Not sure how this company has a good rating but I spoke to Anthony (THE GM, is this a joke) today who needs to take a customer service class. Very rude. First he had me confused with some couple that was up there recently looking at an SUV. I have no idea what that had to do with the car I was asking about. Second, the price of the BMW they're trying to sell is about $500 over the blue book price, which I'm sure isn't in excellent condition. Rims are scuffed. From the pics on their site, it looked like they were all damaged. Told me he could remove the damaged $2k rims but only take off $100-$200 from the already overpriced vehicle. Then when I told him the price was ridiculous he quickly reminded me that I didn't have to buy from them, as if I didn't know that. Those rims can't possibly be worth $2k now. Get another sucker Anthony. So glad I didn't drive 2hrs out there for bad customer service. By the way I NEVER discussed a price with this liar. I asked if he would take $2k off because he said he would replace the rims and put the factory on. Not sure of any obstacles. Never discussed the amount I was willing to pay. I clearly said i wanted to pay cash and that was it. Funny Anthony. I think you still have me confused with someone else. I was never accommodated. He never asked me would I like to see anything else. I'm not sure who he has me confused with. Telling your customers that they can go somewhere else is bad business and very unprofessional. I did customer service for 15 years and I would've never spoke to a customer the way you spoke to me nor would I try to slander someone's name with inaccurate information. FYI all of my reviews are true and honest. Should we upload the recording of the 1 and only phone call I had with you? And Why would I even have you check my GOOD credit when I wanted to pay cash. Also, I hope you didn't look up my credit because that would be illegal since I NEVER gave you permission.
Ms.Marisa Conway, I apologize if you felt offended during our conversation. Customer service is our #1 priority, as our good rating reflects. You were initially upset because we could not accommodate your budget. Taking $3k off the price of a car at market value was not possible. If you had visited our facility and personally seen the specific vehicle in question, we could have shown you that the vehicle is in excellent condition and the priced at market value. You gave us multiple obstacles of having a low budget and bad credit. And we still tried to accommodate you with a different vehicle in your price range. I apologize again if this upset you but we cannot sell a vehicle to you that you cannot bear the expense of. While it shows by the 15 negative reviews out of the 25 you’ve written, that it may be hard to find a business that may satisfy your impractical expectations, we still wish you the best in finding a vehicle that best accommodates your needs.
