I took my BMW 325 xi here to get new tires, balance and alignment, new ignition coils and spark plugs. I also paid to have them inspect a vibrating noise coming from the front tire and paid for an overall inspection of the car. I told them the tire that was on the car but I was unsure of one of the numbers but that it was the tire that came standard on my model bmw. I was told they had it in stock and could have the car finished that day. I drop the car off to have one of the service guys call telling me I told him the wrong tire size and that they had to order the ones that went on my car and it would not be there until the next day, no big deal. The next day they call and tell me that they looked over the car and found a dent in my fender and 3 large oil leaks, not addressing the vibration heard while driving. When I pick up my car they told me that it was still making the vibrating noise which they thought the new tires would fix but it didn't and they didn't offer to figure out what was wrong even though I paid them to do it. And the "oil leaks" were from where another place forgot to put the seal on the oil filter and it sprayed oil all over my engine. Skip ahead 2 months my front tire goes flat without any obvious exterior damage. I call them and ask about a warranty on the tire and am told that they have never heard of a warranty and I could pay them to fix the tire or call continental. Continental advised they had a warranty and to take it to a continental dealer to have them file the claim. I take the tire to a dealer only to find out that they put a standard tire on my car and not run flats. I called the service manager who said there was no documentation of me wanting runflats and there was nothing they could do. However my car came standard with run flats, there were run flats on the vehicle when I took it there. If they ordered the same tires that were on my car like they said they did, they would have installed run flats. This place was a complete waste of my time and my money.

It was Friday and the check engine light comes on. My BMW X3 is not responding as usual. I have an all day out of town appt early Sat morning. I can't bring it in until after school Friday. Eurobahn takes me right in evaluates the issue. Readily orders parts and proceeds to go get parts. Installs parts & test drives my X3 and gets me out all b4 close of business Friday. I'm truly a satisfied Eurobahn Customer. They're team consistantly operates in Excellence. I'm grateful for Anthony, Ray, Felix and the wonderful Technicians @ Eurobahn

This is a great place to buy a car! The staff is friendly, and the salespeople really know the products. Since I was thinking of trading in my old vehicle, I got a chance to see the mechanics' work space too, and it was impressive.

Not sure how this company has a good rating but I spoke to Anthony (THE GM, is this a joke) today who needs to take a customer service class. Very rude. First he had me confused with some couple that was up there recently looking at an SUV. I have no idea what that had to do with the car I was asking about. Second, the price of the BMW they're trying to sell is about $500 over the blue book price, which I'm sure isn't in excellent condition. Rims are scuffed. From the pics on their site, it looked like they were all damaged. Told me he could remove the damaged $2k rims but only take off $100-$200 from the already overpriced vehicle. Then when I told him the price was ridiculous he quickly reminded me that I didn't have to buy from them, as if I didn't know that. Those rims can't possibly be worth $2k now. Get another sucker Anthony. So glad I didn't drive 2hrs out there for bad customer service. By the way I NEVER discussed a price with this liar. I asked if he would take $2k off because he said he would replace the rims and put the factory on. Not sure of any obstacles. Never discussed the amount I was willing to pay. I clearly said i wanted to pay cash and that was it. Funny Anthony. I think you still have me confused with someone else. I was never accommodated. He never asked me would I like to see anything else. I'm not sure who he has me confused with. Telling your customers that they can go somewhere else is bad business and very unprofessional. I did customer service for 15 years and I would've never spoke to a customer the way you spoke to me nor would I try to slander someone's name with inaccurate information. FYI all of my reviews are true and honest. Should we upload the recording of the 1 and only phone call I had with you? And Why would I even have you check my GOOD credit when I wanted to pay cash. Also, I hope you didn't look up my credit because that would be illegal since I NEVER gave you permission.

Ms.Marisa Conway, I apologize if you felt offended during our conversation. Customer service is our #1 priority, as our good rating reflects. You were initially upset because we could not accommodate your budget. Taking $3k off the price of a car at market value was not possible. If you had visited our facility and personally seen the specific vehicle in question, we could have shown you that the vehicle is in excellent condition and the priced at market value. You gave us multiple obstacles of having a low budget and bad credit. And we still tried to accommodate you with a different vehicle in your price range. I apologize again if this upset you but we cannot sell a vehicle to you that you cannot bear the expense of. While it shows by the 15 negative reviews out of the 25 you’ve written, that it may be hard to find a business that may satisfy your impractical expectations, we still wish you the best in finding a vehicle that best accommodates your needs. Amazing service is a understatement. I came to get my Genesis rear bumper painted. Anthony rushed over as soon as i walked in and got me all set up in 25 min. They had it done by the next business day and the paint job was beyond perfect.
