Amazing Service I talked to Guy named Anthony got my car done by the end of the day and it Saved me a whole lotta money

I've only had alignment work done here and purchased a few parts. Very respectful people and pricing is reasonable for German makes. And they go the extra mile without making a big deal about it -- like its normal. They needed to keep my car for the day and offered a ride to my business AND picked me back up once the service as completed. If i need any major work done I wouldn't hesitate to come here.

Just bought the 2010 Audi Q7 from them. Found the vehicle online. Called the dealership and talked to Ray. We were able to negotiate the price over the phone. Bring your A game, Ray is tough! Had all the paper ready to be signed when i arrived. I was In and out less then 1 hour! Everyone was very professional. Side note...very nice facility!

Great attention to detail

Update: Changed from 5 star to 1 star. Took car in for state inspection. They called and told me that the transmission failed while they were driving it. They also lost, which they confirmed, the center wheel cap that I got my son for Christmas. After I got the car home, I noticed vacuum leaks. Looking around in the engine bay and I found 2 hoses that were not connected. Then I found missing bolts on the intake manifold that they had removed for another issue. Even later I found missing nuts on the exhaust that they removed to replace the transmission. I called and relayed this information, but never even a response. After 10 years it turns out that I was way more loyal to them than they were to me. Before this I would recommend them, so you will probably be fine if you choose to go there, but it did happen and I will not return. Old post: Great service and prices. Initial post was from 2 years ago. I have since bought a car from them. Trustworthy business.

They did an excellent with my VW GTI replacing my camshaft and fuel pump. Better pricing than 3 other shops.

Great job fixing my DME there was a little mix up with BMW with the part coming in. Ray sorted everything out and I'll be leaving happily with my car that I know and love.
