Knowledge, fairness, open and honest. Even though I had had Services performed at the dealership that they could have done and charged me for, they directed me to return to the dealership and encourage the dealership to rectify the mistake that they made in a repair. They are a Class Act and everyone that I have dealt with on each and every occasion has been knowledgeable , polite and let me know that I was a priority.
