I’ve been a Eurobahn customer for over a decade. The techs are competent, prices are reasonable and front office and customer support personnel are excellent. The facilities and services continue to expand and they have not lost that customer first mentality. I have all maintenance for my BMW, Volvo and Mercedes Benz done there. Just had my BMW X3 in for a basic look over by a mechanic. Went great and everyone was very professional. I really appreciated getting a report printed and sent to my phone. They found several issues but didn’t pressure me to buy those services from them. As someone that works in the auto industry I was really happy and definitely recommend for transparency and professionalism!

Good service and communication. My only issue is that I was told I needed a new oil pan. Got a second opinion… not so. However, all other recommendations were on point and I’ve taken care of everything except the body work. Next time I’m in Greensboro in need of service, I will seek out EUROBAHN.
