You should go here! I was admittedly incredibly nervous as a young person buying a car from a dealership for the first time, especially after interacting with some less-than-perfectly-honest salespeople at other dealerships. This was not the case at all for EuroBahn; they were transparent, honest, and accommodating every step of the way. Jared was so welcoming and patient with all of my questions and concerns-- just a genuinely awesome guy. Daca (I apologize if I have the spelling of her name wrong) was so kind and explained the entire process. I truly could not have asked for more from the sales team. The manager, Ray, was incredibly genuine and he, Daca, and Jared all stayed late to make sure I drove my new car (!!!) home that night. They clearly care about their clientele and I felt better buying an electric car from a place that is knowledgeable about working on them and takes pride in the quality of their service.

Very fast diag same day. And fixed car the next day and haven’t had a problem out the car since. Everyone was nice and very professional. Only place I’ll be going if I don’t do the jobs myself.

I was not very happy with the dealership and hence switched to eurobahn. I am mostly happy with the service provided and the work done. I do have one concern around alignment, I will observe it for a few more days and talk to Eurobahn. Other than that they did a good job. I recommend Eurobahn if you’re in Greensboro area.

Overall good service experience. My second time here. Estimate and documents very conveniently accessible through text. Work was done in a very timely manner. Service employees were kind. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars for me was the lack of advertised shuttle at morning drop off (service not offered until later in morning) so I had to Uber to work (not a huge deal, I get that shuttle is a luxury), and otherwise I thought the lobby needed some music or a greeter, just a little quiet/awkward. Otherwise nice folks, will likely be back if they’ll have me!

I’m so excited I’ve found a new place to service my Lexus. It’s true, Eurobahn will save you money compared to dealership prices! As I walked into the building ….passing the mechanics …they greeted me with a Good Morning :) …making me feel welcome for my first visit. Customer Service was great!
