We had a Sprinter overheating issue on the road and got towed to Eurobahn after speaking to Felix about our predicament. We arrived after hours and Felix got us in and diagnosed the next day. Eurobahn had to expedite a parts order and got us back on the road. We wouldn't hesitate to use them for maintenance and repairs. We live a couple states away and are glad we found Eurobahn in Greensboro who went out of their way to help us.

This was a great overall experience. The quality of the service has been good, and the pricing was much less than the Mercedes dealership. I’ve only allowed Mercedes to service my vehicles since purchasing it over 2 1/2 years ago. This was a pleasant switch.

Wow what a dealership. My 22 yo child took her car to trade on a used Tesla. I couldn’t join her bc I live too far away but Jared (manager) was able to field calls from me while she was there. He delivered on everything he promised, got her a great deal, and handled everything with patience and grace. He stayed late to make this deal happen, which speaks volumes in today’s world. This sort of customer service and dealer honesty is rare! Go talk to Jared!
