Our older C-Class had a shifter issue. Mercedes turned us away because they no longer carry the part we needed. Felix found a replacement shifter module and the Eurobahn technicians got our car functioning well and back on the road. Time estimates were good and communications with Felix were easy and helpful. This dealership was worth the 8 hour drive to purchase my first vehicle, and I would do it again! We had a Sprinter overheating issue on the road and got towed to Eurobahn after speaking to Felix about our predicament. We arrived after hours and Felix got us in and diagnosed the next day. Eurobahn had to expedite a parts order and got us back on the road. We wouldn't hesitate to use them for maintenance and repairs. We live a couple states away and are glad we found Eurobahn in Greensboro who went out of their way to help us.

This was a great overall experience. The quality of the service has been good, and the pricing was much less than the Mercedes dealership. I’ve only allowed Mercedes to service my vehicles since purchasing it over 2 1/2 years ago. This was a pleasant switch.
