As a DIY guy, I am not big on having to go to a shop or dealer. Eurobahn has saved my tail more than a time or two with my Audi, and previously with my BMW’s. Whenever I do need to go somewhere, this is the only place I will choose from now on. From the time we sent a message about working on our 2011 Mini Cooper to the time it took to complete the work the service we received was outstanding. We were given full details of what was needed , what was wrong and what the immediate need for repair on car was and what could wait til later to fit into our budget. We received pictures of the oil leaks and given an honest estimate and assessment of whether or not it was worth doing the repairs or moving on from the car. Can't say enough about Felix and the technicians and everyone else that helped us during the process. Eurobahn has made me a customer for life. A+.

To start with, I have a huge smile on my face. This was a special case in which Jared and team bent over backwards to help me get in this car and I am so happy. I asked the dealership to hold the car for me for a couple of weeks while I sorted out my finances and they did so they kind of bent over backwards to make me feel like a real customer and the whole transaction was very smooth. The whole team were very professional at all times, and especially Jared went out of his way to make sure I was happy and got into the car on my dreams.
