I started to use Eurobahn service as alternative to BMW/Mercedes due to a cost of services in 2019 and I was satisfied. However, due to an increase of customers , quality of the service became deteriorating. Despite a scheduled appointment week in advance, service advisor and manager have not even started service of my MB S550 . The car arrived to dealeship at 10:55am ( appointment time was 11am) and I was told that the service will be completed by end of business day, however, at 5pm the service has not even been started.... I was reallly disappointed with such delays, and not been informed. At the end, I would like to state that to build a good reputation takes significant amount of time and ruin it only takes a day! I have two cars and both of them have been serviced at Eurobahn, but no anymore. Eurobahn will continue to lose customers if the issues associated with lack of resources will not be resolved ASAP. As for price comparison, Eurobahn would charge me close to $700 for B service. Called MB service and they would charge me $650😁

Everyone was very professional and patient with and help me with my warranty company. Which was taking they time in responding with the help I needed getting my vehicle fix. Thank you guys very much

I had an urgent issue with my car and I contacted the dealership that I had an established relationship with and was told it would be 3 weeks before they could look at it. I called Eurobahn, a dealership I had no relationship with, and they fit me in that day. Not only did they diagnose the problem but they corrected it as well. Great service.

I haven’t been back to the VW dealerships since I found Eurobahn maybe 4 or 5 years ago. I have found them to be more thorough in their diagnostics and less expensive. Dustin does a great job at explaining what’s happening and what they recommend. Their customer service is great and their waiting area is always spotless with some beautiful cars on display. They’re the ones I trust to keep my 2011 VW Eos up and running. Not an easy thing to do because they’ve been discontinued. But my car is very sentimental to me so I appreciate their dedication so much!

Eurobahn is the best place to get your vehicle serviced. I have taken a Porsche/Audi R8 to there shop for the past few years and they always do a great job. Staff is extremely friendly and they have fair pricing compared to other foreign car shops. They have my complete trust with my vehicles and will continue to use them with all future vehicles down the road! They show true professionalism.

Everyone there were very friendly and EXTREMELY nice. I had a very good consumer experience at Eurobahn. I especially LOVED the fact that there was transportation on site to drop me off and pick me up from home while my car was being repaired. I was referred to this automotive shop by another shop and initially, I did not understand why your competitor "highly" recommended you, but it was obvious once I came to you.
