This is a long due review. I cannot start my car in parking lot and had to called AAA to towed my car. When AAA came, the car was drivable again which is weird. However, the car shut itself down on the road and I had to called AAA to actually tow the car this time. Reached out to Eurobahn and Emily picked up the call. She was kind and told me I may drop my car there directly. Luckily the car didn't shut down this time. Jeff Huffman, a service advisor, listened to me and instructed his guy to check on my car. Later the day Jeff called me and explained to what caused the issue and what needed to be done to fix the issue. At same time, he also listed other issues my car had, which I followed his advice and fix all those issues too. My car needed an annual inspection and Jeff helped me with request too. When I waited in the hall, I was invited to their work lunch and I tried the hot dog Jeff made, which was delicious! I learned Jeff often made delicious food to the Eurobahn team, and I guess some customers might be invited as well. I didn't stay long in the hall but what I saw and had there told me that Eurobahn has a great team. I used to use Mercedes dealers and it was my time to visit Eurobahn, and it is not hard to pick the winner. Let me share my experiences. My car used to have an issue that battery was dead for no reason. I went to the dealer, and they told me that needed first to do diagnosis and later told me found the issue, claiming something under driver seat caused the issue. OK. I paid 1+K for it. When I got home, the dead battery issue was still there. I reached out to the dealer. They asked to drop my car to check it. They cannot find the issue, but they asked me to wait and eventually they let me drive one of their cars back. It took months before they claimed again that they found the issue. Now they asked for 2+K to fix it. What is interesting is that the issue actually had nothing to do with the part they replaced the first time. I confronted them and they told me that they cannot promise that the battery issue won't happen again even if I paid 2+K that they requested. The dealer sucks. Yes, they suck your money with poor services. Here at Eurobahn. They quickly identified issues and fixed it quickly. They communicated with me the issues and cost clearly and well. The price is reasonable. You may also see your service history online too, which is really nice! I should come to Eurobahn directly instead of using the dealers. Everyone has his/her own preference and I totally respect that. My personal experience says that you should at least try Eurobahn if you live in Greensboro/Winston Salem area. Why? Because Eurobahn wins on both service quality and service cost. Thanks again Jeff (Huffman) and Emily!!
Thanks so much for taking time out of your day to leave us a review.
