Sold us a car that’s been in an accident w/o mentioning it. Just found out; very unfortunate. They also love attitude. Made an appointment online and called in to find out they don’t have an appointment scheduled for me. Dude otp asked me "did you make the appointment at this location?" I said "yes, is this the Greensboro location?" to which he confidently responds "there’s only one location sir." Like come on man what are you even saying?

My husbands car has been sitting up there over 2 months, no updates or nothing… he would have to call up their first to just get the run around. Well, after 3 hours of “diagnostics” and a new battery (also OVER $1,000) later… they still haven’t figured out the problem.. why are we being charged a diagnostic then? That’s like going to the dr. For a X-ray and they can’t tell you what’s wrong. Needless to say… the car still doesn’t start and we’re out the hole all that money plus a towing fee to get it towed to somewhere who actually knows what there doing. Don’t recommend this scamming shop. Stay away from that place.

I ended up buying a car elsewhere because the car I was looking for was at a different dealership, but I will recommend every person in here. Everybody was friendly, very professional, and easy to talk to. I worked with Ray, Nick, and Winston. All great guys. Excellent customer service!! I took my vehicle here for auto body and I was extremely satisfied with the service! They were super clear that due to demand, auto body had some delays. My car began to be worked on the day that was promised which helped a lot with planning transportation. Unfortunately, my vehicle was a total loss and I forgot to retrieve my license plates and some items that were left in the vehicle and they were kind enough to hold them for me. Overall I’m extremely happy with my decision to choose Eurobahn for my repairs.
