You ever meet folks that seem as if you've known them forever, that was my visit with ya'll. Your techs...had every opportunity to dig deep in my pocket however, they never stopped investigating until they solved the problem, the honesty was commendable and the cost was unheard of. After taking my car to several places I finally found one that can accommodate low clearance vehicles, who take care not to damage or scratch your parts, and get things done right the first time with precision. I felt very confident driving away after their service and more importantly they fixed an issue another shop failed to fix (twice). The most important thing, their customer service staff up front actually know cars. I can’t tell you how important this is when getting work done. It’s the Achilles heel of most shops I’ve visited. Was very impressed with Lew who I worked with directly and the business model that this family has built. Highly appreciated and I recommend.
