They quickly diagnosed and confirmed a major issue as a second opinion and were able to get started on repairs right away. Parts took a while to come in (that's expected for the high-end models), but they got it done in good time. Clear, thorough estimates and plain-English explanations of what was needed, and good communication throughout. (Shout out to Felix for his patience with all my questions!)

If you own a Mini Cooper you understand that when they get older they need a little love. The service department done a complete diagnostic and got my 2007 Mini back running properly within days of my visit. Very affordable and they cleaned her inside and out. I'm back in love. I purchased 4 tires and alignment. Sales person was great. However, I was sincerely disappointed of the appearance of the NEW tires. The tires were dirty and scuffed up. The least they could have done was wash the tires or wipe them off. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I picked the car up. For the money I paid they could have wiped the tires down.
